How It Works:

1. Schedule Your Consultation

A 1-on-1 appointment to review your goals, training history, and movement assessment, and go over program logistics.

2. Program Creation & Fit Check

We design your custom training program and meet again to ensure it’s the right fit. Once approved, your 8-week program is set.

3. Nutritional Orientation

You’ll complete a 72-hour food tracking period to understand your current habits. Then, we provide recommended macros to hit your goals.

4. Start Training

Book your workouts at your convenience. Each session is displayed on an iPad where you track weights, reps, and sets, with a coach there to guide you every step of the way.

5. Ongoing Check-Ins

We review your nutrition and progress every two weeks, adjusting your plan as needed to make sure you keep moving toward your goals.

How does booking sessions work?

We operate on a structured, coach-supported training model designed for flexibility and results.

You can book sessions during our open hours:

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–12:00 PM and 3:00 PM–9:00 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM–1:00 PM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM

Sunday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Training stations open every 15 minutes (6:00, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, etc.) and can be reserved up to two hours in advance—giving you flexibility while maintaining structure and flow on the floor.Every session is supported by a professional coach, so you’re never left guessing what to do. You’ll always have guidance, accountability, and expert oversight.

Your onboarding experience is intentional, personalized, and built around long-term success—not just a quick workout.

Consultation One: Assessment & Strategy
We’ll sit down to discuss your goals, past training experiences, and any limitations. You’ll receive a full gym tour, a body composition scan, and a detailed movement assessment. This allows us to build your program strategically and safely.

Consultation Two: Guided Training Experience
You’ll complete a coached introductory workout designed specifically for you. We’ll review your movement assessment results, outline your customized roadmap, and provide clear next steps to help you achieve measurable, lasting results.From day one, you’ll know exactly what you’re working toward—and how we’re going to get you there.
